She grew up in Arkansas and came to Sioux City at the age of 16. She attended Sioux City Central High School. She was a member of Mount Zion Missionary Baptist Church. Rusty, I've found some info on Carolyne Jean Fenceroy that can be used to update her "In Memory" entry. Her twin brother, Carl, passed in 2014 and I'm using his obit as a reference source. An unauthorized obit for her follows. A picture of her headstone can be found at the "Find A Grave" website and absent a yearbook picture would work as a substitute.
