SIOUX CITY | Jean Marie Hendrickson Mesner, 58, of Cottage Grove, Minn., formerly of Sioux City, passed away unexpectedly Sept. 28, 2012.

Memorial services will be 1 p.m. Thursday at Meyer Brothers Morningside Chapel. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Online condolences can be directed to meyerbroschapels.com.

Jean Hendrickson was born the daughter of John and Lois (Fertig) Hendrickson on June 5, 1954, in Sioux City. She graduated from Central High School. She followed graduation with a dedicated career of 35 years at Century Link.

Jean is survived by her three children, Venus Mesner, Isaac Mesner and Rheana Mesner, and her two grandchildren, Nate Amos and Chase Mesner, all of Cottage Grove; a brother, Richard Hendrickson and a sister, Gloria (John) Pepple, both of Sioux City; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives; and a host of friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

She is dearly loved and will be greatly missed.
