JUST TO INFORM YOU THAT LETTIE NOREENE DOWNS BORN JULY 6, 1952 DIED JULY 7, 1992 IN FRANKLIN, LA THIS IS PER HER BROTHER FRANK DOWNS. SHE HAD A CANCEROUS BRAIN TUMOR.

This is all I have on Lettie.    May she rest in peace  ....  RIP
