4/2/18 - Well it has been 6 months since my last update. Happy Easter to all my classmates! Still doing pretty good on not smoking! It has been 6 months 11 days since my last cigarette! With me quiting smoking, the breathing treatments, heart medication & eating good, my health has really been doing a lot better! The doctors say I sound & look really good! Winter here in Oklahoma wasn't too bad. But I'm still glad it's over. Spring is my favorite time of year. I don't have as much trouble breathing during the spring! Well that's about it for me. 10/3/17 - Wow I can't believe it has been 6 months since I updated my profile. Things here in Tulsa, Oklahoma are about the same. My health is a little bit better than the last time I updated my profile. With the new breathing treatments & heart medication I don't use oxygen as much. The only time I use oxygen now is when I'm going to be out running errands. I also have quit smoking cigarettes. I'm on my 11th day without a cigarette. (YEAH)
Well that's about it. I hope everyone is doing well. May the Great Spirit continue to watch over & protect you all! May the Creator bless each & everyone of you with lots of joy, happiness & love to share with everyone you come in contact with! God bless!
4/6/17 - Hello Classmates! I am so glad it is Springtime. I am still going to my heart doctor. My doctor referred me to a lung specialist. My heart doctor has me on a new medication & it is working great. The lung doctor put me on another breathing treatment also. I do the treatment 4 times a day. After doing the treatments for the past 3 months I can really feel a difference. With both of the new medications from my heart​ & lung doctors I can now cut back on the use of oxygen. God has truly blessed me! It is sad to say but my younger Brother, David, passed away. He had stage 4 cancer. May God continue to watch over & protect each & everyone of you! I hope & pray that you all have a wonderful Spring & Summer!
10/7/16 - Hello Classmates! Nothing has really changed around here in Tulsa ,Oklahoma. God has blessed me with my health to still be here. The only thing that has changed since my last update is the lost of loved ones. My Nephew Phillip passed away November 9, 2014, my Mother passed December 28, 2014 & my Sister Pam passed away July 16, 2016. Oh I did forget that I'm clean & sober for 21 years 9 months & 3 days. I do it one day at a time & trust in my Higher Power, which I choose to call God. You know every time I come to this site I remember all the good times I had going to Central. With the holidays coming I want to wish each & everyone of you happy holidays. Cherish the moments you have with your families & loved ones. You never know when they are going to be called home. Take care of yourselves & God bless you all!
